Superb

comfortable stay in excellent convenient property

The accommodation was excellent. Comfy beds, plenty of space for the 4 of us, though it may have been tight around the kitchen table with more people. We were warm despite the cold Feb/March weather. Good kitchen, relaxing sitting area upstairs. Easy parking outside the door.

its position was really good near the river and plenty of walks yet close to Norwichand the hosts exceptionally helpful

few problems with eg washing machine but the hosts quickly assisted with anything

Lovely property for a break in Norfolk

House was clean and comfortable. Everything you needed was included, pots, pans, cooker, cutlery.

Superb

Great location to pop in to Norwich or for the surrounding area. Has two off road parking spaces which we needed. Had an issue with the kettle whilst there but the host replaced it with a brand new one within approx 30mins of me contacting him! Great place to stay.

Comfortable with great WiFi

Free access to fast reliable WiFi. Smart TV with access to lots of channels. Very clean property. Two en suite shower/toilet rooms, 1 bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, plus a downstairs toilet. Easy access to city centre by bus just outside the property.

The traffic noise was very loud at the front of the house where three of the bedrooms are and disturbed our sleep. Poor ventilation on hot days in the top back bedroom where the window apertures were restricted.
