    The room it was perfect and clean.
    The wifi didnt work and in the room there was no signal. I think is a little expensive for Koh Tao. Also I used the laundry service and one of my jumpers came back faded.

    Very nice and big room and bathroom. Also a nice big balcony! with amazing view! Very comfortable and quiet.
    It is a long walk to the beach, and steep uphill, but still manageable and worth the view! takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach

    - Comfortable bed. - Spacious room with good AC. - Friendly and helpful staff. - Nice view around the building. - Quiet at night. - It's about a 10-minute walk from bars and restaurants.
    - Room service only every 2 days. - Very steep slope to access the place with lots of steps. Can get sweaty walking in and out.

    Great place just a bit up the mountain
    Great place just a little bit up the mountain. Very clean spot and nice view. Quiet. Very friendly staff and management. They also own one of the restaurants down on Sairee beach so it's easy to order good food, although most places will deliver there as well. There is a sweet cat that will befriend you. Its really close to good hiking and diving. The microwave is super powered.
    We changed the furniture arrangement to suit us

    We had the villa with two bedrooms, which was perfect for 3 persons, with much space and comfortable bed. The A/C on each bedroom was much appreciated! The large balcony equipped with chairs and sunbed was a real plus, especially because it remained on the shade almost all day, except at sunset. The manager and the workers were very kind. The location of the resort is far from the crowd, the villas are surrounded by the jungle. We felt like home since the first day!
    The single negative point about this place is the distance from it to Sairee Beach and restaurants, and the very steep slope to access the place. You must plan to rent a motorcycle, or get ready for sweating while walking in and out. It's doable though.

    Poor cleanliness, bedding was stained. Room was not cleaned during the 3 days we stayed there. Intermittent power supply, frequent power cuts. Advertised as having a TV in the room, TV was not working.

    I fell like I overpaid for the apartment. There was nothing deluxe about the villa
    - Comfortable bed - Spacious room - Nice garden around the complex
    - old equipment - lack of cookery in the kitchen - no balcony (was in the b.com offer) - terrace was just an entry to the apartment - very poor internet connection - room service only every 2 days

    Definitely recommended if you want to have a chilled stay without having the party location in front of your door.
    It has an amazing view, feels like in the middle of the jungle. The rooms are very spacious with a lot of light from outside thanks to many windows
