Felicia and the rest of the staff were all super welcoming and helpful. Absolutely gorgeous little hotel and pool with amazing breakfast!

Breakfast was fabulous! Deliciouslots of choices. Made fresh. The service was amazing and so was the staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Bath towels a little rough but the beach towels were very high-quality. We should have used the beach towels as our shower towels.

I really liked staying at Ginger suites. I enjoyed the corner room and find it to be very convenient to stay here for the location. The grounds are tucked away in the middle of seminyak and the energy there is really pleasant. The staff are nice, and I enjoyed chatting to the owners who were lovely people. Staff do a good job of cleaning the room and breakfast

There was a bad aircon smell in my room but I got used to it after being in there for a little while. One day I was given rotting papaya with my breakfast. The rest of the days were fine. There could be more bread options for breakfast, instead of just white standard bread - but some places don't give any toast with breakfast so I can't complain too much; they provide butter and jam too which is a cute touch. The water jugs were not cleaned well. Toilet paper should not be flushed however the water from the bidet has the most pungent sewage water smell I dont know how anyone can clean themselves with it. I hope this can be fixed. One night I stayed in the more expensive room and whilst very beautiful with the decor and old style feel, there were so many more mosquitos and I hardly slept that night because of the loud music from the clubs in the street behind. Not even my ear plugs helped. Also, in this room, the bathroom basins were very small and the taps were long and extended nearly the length of the basin so it made it very difficult to wash your face etc
