Great stay

We only stayed one night due to an outage in our villa, but the facilities and room size in this hotel are great. The staff is very nice and helpful during late night checked-in. The family room is very big, with many seating areas and a pantry.

The bed is too soft but maybe fine for others.

Quiet, tucked away, but close to everything

Great staff, great location, great pool. Rooms roomy and comfortable. Beds good, but we struggled initially, as we have sore backs already. Recommend this to anyone wanting a peaceful yet well placed hotel.

Value for money and a great location!

The hotel has such wonderful staff, nothiing is a problem and they are always so friendly and kind. The pool is simply AMAZING (with a swim up bar!) and the location is fantastic. You are within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, warungs and shops, and the hotel is down a quiet lane so you don't hear any road noise at all. You also feel safe as there is 24/7 security. The room was comfortable, although our bed was rather creaky, still comfy though. Definitely value for money and a great start to our trip to Bali.

This isn't the fault of the hotel but good to be aware that there is construction happening next door and they were working between 8.30am and 5.30pm.. It didn't bother us as we were mostly out during the day.

Amazing stay, staff incredible, location amazing, a little bit of an issue with the hotel cat who should be placed back

Wonderful time. Staff was very kind and helpful, location is ideal since its in the heart of seminyak but no noise from the business can be traced in the property.

I was bitten by the owners cat that roams around. Very friendly cat that comes up to you to be pet and play but bit me out of no where, staff immediately told us the cat bites everyone, including staff and other guests. Nothing is done about this. Not even a board to warn people about not petting the cat. Knowing bali even though we were given papers of proof the cat is vaccinated I went to get rabbies shots as a safety move, the owner (italian he said himself) of the hotel called me to let me know I overpayed for the injections, that I should not have done it and that he lives in bali for 26 years and that he knows better (I am from Bali myself which is quite insulting to hear by then) no other action to offer to pay for the shots or any form of compensation or solution was offered which is very sad. Ever other staff during that stay was incredibly kind and helpfull. Would love to come back but we reconsider due to how poorly it was handled by the owner.. I also think its important to share for anyone with children about this since it happens apparently once a month.

Lovey and peaceful location with very private driveway. Only a short walk/drive to Seminyak Square. Great pool. Amazing and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice Quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle!

Everyone at Bali Karma Sajtra Hotel were so nice and accomodating always! Had the best stay felt like it was my home for the week especially travelling alone its great to feel so comfortable somewhere. I loved the pool and there was never anyone there when I went and had the best view from my room right in front of it! Really close walk to some great restaurants like Livingstone, Da Maria, Ling Lings and The Forge!

Not so much didnt like as I didnt mind catching Gojek bikes everywhere as I love the scooters but mindful for the people that might not be a fan, it might be a bit of a walk to places in Seminyak but it is nice and quiet which I loved!
