Left my make up bag by mistake and next day tried to get it back but was told it was not there. We had to move to Hought

The view otherwise nothing else.

Outdated and not worth the amount of money. We had to be moved to another apartment due to lifts not working. Dirt in the pool. Sliding doors could hardly be opened. Blinds broken. Run down. Building noise (construction near by) when we arrived. Additional charges ironically in case damages done whilst staying at the property. There is damage all over the property. Broken blinds, broken basin plugs you have an option to either pay them in your own currency a set amount that they keep. So wrong. Both the properties that we stayed at were damaged. The second property (Houghton Steps) the ceiling fan was practically falling through. No wine glasses, left my make up bag and could not get it back. Stolen.

Awful. Wouldnt stay here again.

Location wise was within walking distance on camps bay strip for restaurants and beach etc

Awful communication from property. Check in was unclear- given 5 minute window to get to property with no notice? Then was left hanging around for hours waiting for someone who didnt even show? Our luggage then had to be manually pulled up 6 flights of stairs as the lift was broken. Car was stored in secure carpark which again was broken meaning our car, luggage and medication were all stuck. No sense of urgency from staff to resolve matter.

Perfect location but apartment needs updating

Great location and staff.

Very dated, needs a refurb. Apartment was very cold. Blinds missing / broken. Second Toilet not flushing. Aircon doesnt heat. Main bath leaked / brown water.

Not comfortable at all.

The location was great and the views.

The gas fireplace was not working, the lift was not working. The place is not well maintained. The main bedroom toilet did not flush. The drains smell like sewerage. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets had holes. The lounge cushions we dirty. There were not extra clean blankets.

the lift never worked for the duration of our stay --it was not ideal having to enter and exit through one of the bedrooms up and down the fire escape --especially for people like myself with limited mobility

The space in the kitchen is not enough for groceries Broken shower door and damaged wardrobe door. No mirror in the bathroom in 1 of the rooms Dining room suit is old, definitely needs changing

Perfect luxury spacious stay in Camps Bay;)

This apartment is in a stunning location. Minutes walk away from Camps Bay eateries but quiet and a home from home with amazing views. Nox rentals are so accommodating and offer a first class service. The apartment wants for nothing abd is kept pristine by their affable cleaner. Truly an amazing place to stay and a short taxi ride to CapeTown downtown or waterfront. I would thoroughly recommend. I'd definitely be back ;)
