Wonderful experience !!

We have wonderful experience at Banana Villa ,to the level that we extended one day visit cancelling our Denang Hotel .The room were cozy and clean and breakfast wholesome. The host was kind enough to take care of food even though we reached quite late. The Staff organized bikes and recommended us places to visit .The location was perfect ,with all the spots near by. The hospitability and staff was wonderful .It was perfect worth of money. We take great memories from HO ANN. Highly recommended

Hot water in room 108 was not working for 2 mornings. No phone in room to notify reception.

Breakfast was okay.

Cosy room and helpful staff

Very cosy room and bed with a view overlooking the pool The staff were all very helpful, the lady borrowed us a charger and the young and old man helped us with the luggage They also helped us book a car back to the airport

Comfortable stay in Hoi An

The breakfast buffet was fabulous, but then during our stay they removed the buffet for individual meals as there were not enough guests to accommodate a buffet.

They overcharged me for my accommodation and it wasnt the same price as the quoted booking.com booking confirmation, plus they charged us a 3% card fee and taxes on top. Pretty annoying.
