    We are a family of four, stayed 4 nights and we loved everything about the place, especially the super friendly and helpful manager of the place, called Thanh. He has great English, is always there to answer questions and give sound advice and has been one of the friendliest people we have met in Vietnam. We totally recommend this place.

    Great stay!
    I came back here with a friend after staying a few weeks before on my own, just because the first stay was so good (stayed longer then planned) Very friendly and helpful receptionist (Thanh)! Good breakfast, big and clean room with view on the lake. Very quiet but still close to the center (5 min walk)

    We loved the hotel and staff who took great care of us during our stay. Helping with trips, taxis and general info. The rooms are clean, comfy and spacious with a great view. The breakfast was perfect and made the mornings a lot easier.
