Great value for money, walking distance to Hoi An centre

Great value for money, quiet area, no noise disturbances. Clean room and bathroom. Staff were easily contactable via WhatsApp for any assistance required.

The little side street the property is on can be a little dark at night but its a very safe and residential area.

Big room. Nice location. Great communication with the host, who also recommend us few things and get us a trip to My Son.

The advertised balcony is not much of a balcony, its more likely an indoor gallery.

For backpacking its a great place!

this is a great spot if you are backpacking. The personal was very helpful and friendly. If you are on budget and JUST need a place to sleep then this one is good for that. It was a little hidden because you only see the motorbike rent shop but at the same time it was quite and central.

Because of the temperature we needed to run the ventilator all the time. (The air in the room wasnt the best)

Superb

Homestay in a quiet and spacious alley near to the Ancient town. You can park your car in front. The owner was hospitable and welcoming, and staff gave us advice on interesting locations. Abundant number of motorbikes for rent in case you need them. The room is comfy and well-prepared with a balcony, spacious closet and everything else. It was a great stay!

Nothing really. But maybe cleaner helmets for bike renting?
