Good condition facility, clean, nice people working there, but noisy.

Very clean place and the people working there are very friendly

The problem was the noise for me. I barely slept. I had the bad luck of having very loud people staying next to my room. They were starting their parties from 8PM to 1AM. They were staying with their doors open, music on the hallway, occupying the shared bathroom for hours, leaving their stuff in the shared bathroomIt was horrible. I reported them twice and nothing was done. They apologised but thats it. One person from the reception even said to me to go and talk to the people that were making the noise myself. How is that my job? Anyways I went and talked to them and the situation got only worst.

Good location in gothic quarter, nice personnel, toilet and shower was shared on the floor but was always free when i needed it.

Room was very small, shared shower on the floor, in room basin was relatively large. Is ok for several nights but over 100 euro per night is too much for this type of room.

Very very cool pleasant person cleaning lady. Common areas(toilet and shower) very clean, she was always smiling, and ready to help. She is really example of the service. And I saw her cleaning every morning.

There are no kitchen to make for yourself food or even microvave! I was very apset. It will be much better, just to includ some small area for making tea/coffe, microwave, few cups, plates - it is not expensive! I was need to ask the cup in reception - it is not comfortable((and no fridge. Also towels is need to change. Guys...even you can buy something from secondhand - there towels is better, than we recived. Small things - but I never, never saw towels like this.
