Simply warm and wonderful.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay, thanks to Mayan and Aarons successful efforts to provide a lovely cottage, away from noise and crowds, into which a graet deal of love and energy have combined to produce a magical experience.

Weekend stay

We absolutely love Barnesmore Cottage. Our second time staying here. Couldn't ask for better hosts. Stunning view's. House has everything you could need. Cosy, comfortable and a quiet setting. Along with the luxury of Biddy's O'Barnes down the road.. Exceptional food, drinks and crack. Most friendliest staff. We will be back again soon Thank you

A lovely cottage near Donegal Town

We very much liked the cute and spacious cottage which contained three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two sitting rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was perfectly clean and functional. The nights were quite chilly so we used the central heating which was great. (There are two wood-burning fireplaces but we didn't use those.) The tap water can become a bit peaty after heavy rainfall but we were provided with plenty of bottled water without even asking! The cottage is situated among lovely hills with a stream running by. Donegal town and supermarkets are conveniently only 10 minutes drive away. Visiting Biddy's pub is a must!

Relaxing and peaceful.

Great location. Convenient for travel around Donegal. Close to Donegal town. Beautiful scenic setting, fantastic mountain and nature views. Walking distance from traditional Irish pub.
