    Friendly, efficient staff. I opted for a cave room which was huge, as was the bathroom. Large comfortable bed with lots of pillows. A small desk and a stacked minibar. Decent wifi. Modern, highly appointed bathroom, with the largest rain shower I have ever had. Great breakfast. Shuttle to and from the hotel from my parking really prompt. Friendly, efficient staff. Great value for money too.

    Very nice place in spectacular location, very good service and breakfast (incl. sours)
    The place is excellent! In every way! Spectacular location, good service (includes pick-up and drive back to parking as the hotel is in Sassi area and trafic is restricted there), very very good breakfast with local cheese and meats choices. We wished to stay for additional night, but the hotel was fully booked... and no wonder why... very much recommended!

    Hotel has great views of Matera & also the ravine where you can see trek across to view the town from a different perspective. Breakfast was very good.

    Beautful room with individual entrance. Double door security. Large room with resin floors which was easy. Modern layout. Foam mattress which was comfortable but may be difficult for those with a bad back. Large breakfast selection with local product and international selection. Took an opportunity to eat outside. ALL staff were wonderful and helpful to make my trip comfortable and acomodating.

    Exceptional hotel in every way!
    This hotel was exceptional! Staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was fabulous with lots of good choices and the location was great for walking into the historic center. Really appreciated the self service laundry that I didnt have to wait 24 hours to get back. I will definitely recommend Arryvo to friends and family.
    Nothing. My husband and I kept exclaiming about how great this place was!
