    Location was great.
    The lounge was to small and uncomfortable in the studio for long stays. Very dissapointed to be there for 3 nights & no service.

    Apart from the couch, it was great.
    Beautiful gardens and close to Batemans Bay. Nice big park. The bed was very comfortable.
    The couch was really old and sagged in. It needs replacing. I have a hip problem and only sat on the couch once and struggled to get out. The couch was the only negative from the park.

    Batemans bay marina resort was a lovely place with lovely staff although my friend and I both ended the trip with bites
    Great location, great staff, lots of fun activities at the park.
    Very outdated, old appliances uncomfortable beds.

    Friendly staff great location, well priced.
    Friendly staff and the location was excellent for what I wanted to do
    The bed was quite low to the ground and not particularly comfortable. Also upon entry to the cabin the entrance is raised about 6 inches above the front patio. As i first walked in I tripped on it as I was not expecting it, and was lucky I didn't have a bad fall. ONce I knew about it, there were no further issues, but I would suggest the property put a little sign on the door warning people to watch their step before someone does hurt themselves.
