Close to hospital

Shades all cracked up and rusty, messing some what. Bathtub nasty , so stain up. The lobby TV was so dusty it look awful.

There should be some kind of security in the parking lot. I did not feel safe when arriving at the hotel at night. There were people walking around and parked there that were not guests.

Disgusting, give me a refund!!!

Not much

First, the guy at desk did not ask how I would like to pay, just charged my card. My card was used just to hold room. I was gonna pay cash. Second the elevator sounded sketchy like it was gonna break and smelled the marijuana. Third the hallways had stuff in the way and the room didnt smell good. The plug in near sink didnt not work. The beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was not kept up with. There was barely anything ready and the juice machine was not ready, the banana were rotten, the refrigerator was almost empty and there were no biscuits. So we did toast, the toaster was barely toasting.

The room was filthy! The tub was grimy we had to go and buy sheets and towels, the hotels sheets was stained! The room was musty smelling and stuffy like there was mold! We disinfected the room because everything everywhere was sold out due two college football games in the area

Ugh ... But great staff

I like the upgrades because I have stayed there before and during the remodel and the location is great. The front desk staff was great and helpful.

The cleanliness and the amount of towels was not good. The tub was not clean the floor still had crumbs and stuff on it and there was hairs in the bed and there weren't enough towels and some of the towels were stained and one of the pillow slips were stained.
