Not a great facility!

Location.

The staff had no sense of customer service. I booked 2 queen rooms, and even after sending a message to the property, they gave rooms.in different floor. They said booking.com did not let them know. Minimum courtesy when a customer is upset is that the reception staff should empathise and console. However, the staff was indifferent. The AC did not work well, and the beds were uncomfortable as well. While checking out, we asked for luggage carts. They said it is on the 3rd floor and took 10 mins to even go up. In the meantime, we did 3 trips and put the bags in the car. The whole stay was so uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone, nor will i come back here ever.
