Located above Camps Bay on the slopes of the Twelve Apostles Mountains, Bayview Penthouses features spacious, self-catering accommodation with air conditioning. There is also an outdoor pool. Each of the two bright, modern penthouses boast a fully-equipped kitchen, while the two double rooms offer small kitchenettes. Each unit is fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Guests can enjoy a relaxing massage or grab a book from the library to enjoy a quiet read on the sun terrace. Bayview's staff can arrange laundry and dry cleaning services upon request. Fantastic two week break

Just completed a thoroughly enjoyable two week stay at Bayview Penthouse. The accommodation is situated at the top of Camps Bay in Cape Town. The area is safe, quiet and situated near lots of hiking trails. There is a local shop and Hussar grill about 20 minutes away and a little bit further away are a range of restaurants and shops. As it is a tough walk back up the hill, we sometimes caught an Uber which was cheap and readily available. The property is traditionally styled, clean and well equipped. A bonus for me was that it had all of the premier league football live in tv which I wasnt expecting. We stayed in the penthouse which came with a jacuzzi and stunning view of the bay and mountain. The staff at Bayview were very attentive and professional. The cleaning team were amazing keeping our room clean and tidy at all times. The receptionists were very helpful when we needed their help due to a delayed flight / after hours check in. On the day of our departure they allowed us to check out late and then allowed to use the pool / shower room in a nearby guest house of theirs. All in all, a really good holiday made special by the hardworking staff at Bayview. Cheers.

Personal preference perhaps but I would have preferred curtains in the bedroom to help keep the room darker in the morning. We had eye masks though so it wasnt a major issue.

The view is breathtaking the welcoming is amazing very nice people and very kind. The appartement is very calm in an extremely calm and safe area. Sunset is one of the best on earth its a must see!!

I like to sleep in a total dark room and two window of the bedroom has no way of blocking all the light. Sun come up at 5:30 am in SA this time of the year

Magical views, excellent location and responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

The Penthouses are located in Camps Bay with a bewitching view of both the Atlantic Ocean and the 12 Apostles mountains. It is easily accessible to most locations in Cape Town and getting an uber was never a hassle. The neighbourhood is perfectly safe and pleasant to walk in; we enjoyed easy walks to Camps Bay beach in the mornings. You can also hike table mountain from an entrance just two minutes walk from the penthouse. Enjoyed spending time at the pool and the jacuzzi in the house was a great add on. The hosts were perfect; very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. Huge shout out to Idalette! Can't recommend it enough for your trip to Cape Town.

Comfortable. Private. Ideal location. Beautiful ocean view - we enjoyed the sunsets. Towering view of Table mountain behind the house. Table mountain official walking trail is walking distance away. Friendly hostess. Has all the essentials.

Roadside parking, which is not suitable for very large vehicles. But I guess the larger vehicles can park in front of the garage door..

Amazing Cape Town stay with breathtaking sea views.

The views are amazing out over the bay, the property was clean and well serviced. The staff were so friendly and helpful answering any questions we had and helping us to plan day trips. The property is situated in a lovely, safe neighbourhood with plenty of parking for our rental car. Lovely to lie by the pool watching sunset over the bay.

The property is situated up in the hills so it a a 30 minute walk to the beach and a steep walk back so we drive everywhere which wasnt a problem as there is parking everywhere and rental cars are cheap
