Pleasant stay

The hotel is in a good location to walk into city. Hotel is very done up lots of games I.e stuffle board, pool. Breakfast was nice and big variety.

The photos showed a very "designer" hotel but the rooms where very basic and bathrooms do need updating but for the price we paid we had a great sleep and bed is comfy.

Top notch stay!

Breakfast was amazing, the decor was trendy and super cosy. One particular member of staff went completely above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience for my daughters birthday. His name was Gav and he was truly amazing.. very attentive, no request was too small and the attention to detail was second to none. I would stay again purely based off his customer service alone!

Disappointing

The tvs didnt work properly and I was moved 3 times. The key cards cut out and I had to get them re done 2 times a day

Exceptional

Hotel was really good vibes, plenty to do within, the decor was on point for my liking, all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was perfect, better than the average standard hotel. Location is great very close to train stations and the centre, but at the same time, away from too much noise and hassle on busy nights (stayed NYE).

Only bad thing I could say is that the are two shower heads which cannot be used at the same time, but that's just a personal preferance.

Great location, bar and lounge are really good

Arrogant and aggressive night bar manager. When we came back from dinner we had a drink in the bar, served by possible the ignorant bar manager ever. We sat down and was chatting with the door man who was great. We asked him breakfast times in the morning and he said Ill find out and went to the bar for us, next thing the arrogant host behind the bar shouted if they want to know something tell them to come to me! I was left than impressed but ignored it when to Irish lads came in a got the same treatment. I think you need to check if all your employees are made out for hospitality.

The location was ideal

The room was very outdated compared to the photo. The tv did not work and there was marks all over the wall and the bathroom did not look very clean. The bathroom floor was all one level when taking a shower. The bathroom floor would be flooded

I had to change rooms 3 times, 1 the to didnt work and another guest also had this same issue. Then then moved me to a room they didnt check first hadnt been cleaned and stunk of BO. One of their lifts needs maintenance as shakes a lot when in it.
