Disappointing

Well located, comfortable bed.

Black mold on the ceiling. Drain in the shower was clogged and shower gel was smelling really bad. No fan in the bathroom. We had to pay for an herbal tea in the evening, even though we paid for breakfast and it was unlimited. They only allow you 2 towels per room. But they don't get dry in the damp bathroom. We will not come back there.

Comfortable stay..

Excellent spread of Breakfast, the staff was nice and rooms were good sized with ample hot water, overall a comfortable stay.

No tea / coffee maker in the room or if one needs it was in the reception and only hot water without tea bag, would be nice to get that in room.

Superb

Excellent! We shall definitely recommend it to all our friends.

Everything was extremely good and the breakfast was superb. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and cheerful.

It's hard to find anything to criticise!

Good hotel in excellent location.

Excellent location, easy to walk to harbour, old town, maritime museum and aquarium. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good, secure parking. Very friendly staff.
