No A/C, cold shower. Awful

Easy late night check via kiosk.

If your A/C unit doesnt work properly and cant cool the room you shouldnt advertise you have air conditioner. Shower drain was clogged and the hotel doesnt have means to provide hot water to all guests in the morning, very cold morning shower.

No response from the hotel to the message to the request for an invoice for the employee's stay, on the spot they claim that they cannot issue an invoice for a given company because the reservation was made through booking.
