Not a good experience

Only one pillow case pp. Had to ask for an additional one. Only 4 coat hangers. No comfortable chair in the room. No hair dryer. It was spartan to say the least. Curtain was pulled off on one side. It wasnt even particularly cheap - 91.90 including breakfast. It was in an industrial area which can only be described as bleak.

Did not get the room we booked

The rooms were fine, basic but clean

We booked a family room for 4, but apparently they only have the one and theyd double booked it. So with two young children we were split across two double rooms and it took them about 30 minutes to even sort that out. No discount or anything offered as a result.

Excellent value, clean and comfortable. An ideal overnight stop on the way to Italy.

The room was small but had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and very conveniently situated off the motorway in a new business district. Coming in from the car park by the back door entrance does not look very salubrious, but inside it is bright and smart. There is a drinks and soup vending machine in the foyer and a Boucherie restaurant next door, plus other restaurants on the park. The tram stop outside presumably takes one into the centre of Reims for sightseeing.
