    Room is basic no kettle, no coffee machine , no fridge, tv is not working Last day bathroom water stopped! I couldnt even wash my hands The area is not that good comparing to others as its butchers area and chicken smell all the way

    The riad was beautiful. The bed was unbelievable so so comfty. Me and my gf were sleeping in heaven. The room was utterly beautiful. The riad had everything we needed and the team and staff were honestly family by the end of our stay. It was so hard to say goodbye. They are amazingly loving. I couldn't recommend this place anymore. You're in a The crazy world of Marrakech yet this riad is so peaceful. Utterly perfect.

    Relaxing Riad with wonderful staff.
    We loved this property, the staff were all amazing and looked after us so well. Special shout out to Halim the manager who was so kind. We picked it because of the Artwork which surrounds you, every time you walk around the Riad you discover another beautiful painting. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the massage I had was excellent. Perfect place to chill out and not far from all the busyness of Marrakesh.

    The place really felt like home, confortable and welcoming.
    The hotel staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The food is also very good. The neighborhood is not touristy, but very local, and still close enough to the busier parts of the old medina.
    The safe in the room needed fixing. Otherwise, no complaints. But if you are looking for a 5 stars chick place, this is not your spot.

    Blissful retreat in the centre of the hustle & bustle.
    Art everywhere!! So colourful, interesting and creative. Excellent location in the hustle and bustle but like a calm, sanctuary inside. Halim & his team were so hospitable & welcoming. He deserves a medal! Be sure to do some trips as they are excellent value and awesome! Particularly the quad biking and dinner in the Agafay desert - wow!
    Wouldve been nice if the pool was a little warmer.

    Location was excellent. Breakfast was good. Host Halim and staff were very welcoming, friendly and made sure we had everything we wanted or needed for our comfort and enjoyment.

    Unique family-like experience in a beautiful riad in the heart of medina! Strongly recommended!
    I loved everything about my stay in BCK Riad! Family-like atmosphere, very welcome and super helpful hosts being available 24/7, great location at the entrance to medina, fresh and tasty breakfast and extremely beautiful, stylish, artsy, yet cozy furnishings of the whole place. Although I booked the trip alone, I always felt there is someone here to support me! The place is unique and worth its price! Will certainly come back - with family and friends :) Thank you for making me fall in love with Marrakech!

    Clean, good location
    Mismanaged. Multiple times there was no one that could communicate. Basic things like address of property or password for WiFi not accessible Cook and housekeeper were kind and tried to be helpful but did not have access to basic info.

    Amazing hotel and employees!
    The best things are the hospitality of the employees. Anas helped me A LOT with everything, including let me in a nearby restaurant on his own vehicle and also always certificating himself the taxis I was taking and the car of the trip I hired, talking with them and solving any small problem. I am very grateful, Im in love with Morocco and I love to be on this hotel, I will definitely come back and next time with more time. I highly recommend BCK Art Riad, gentle and polite employees, very respectful people with a smile on their faces! Nice decoration!
    I had a problem with the door of my room 2 times, that door is definitely a problem. When I left, the manager told me they will change the door handle.
