Superb

We had a great time at this accommodation!

Great location for our needs, good parking on site, space for kids to play indoors and out. We loved the fire pit and enclosed eating and lounge areas.

It didn't affect us, but if you have a dependency on a certain bedding configuration, check with host before booking. The configuration advertised was different to what was available on arrival.

A pleasant property for a family with older, independent children.

Convenient location and fine for the one night we needed accommodation close to the penguins. Ideal property for family with large number of older children as the back studio would be ideal for a gang of teenagers. Sheets and towels provided. Very clean. Good communication with host. Large outdoor living dining area which would be great in summer.

The main house (3 bedrooms... with QS or double beds) is quite small with a tiny kitchen and living area (the main living area outside was just a little cold to sit in). The layout was not ideal for a family with young children as the children's accommodation (bunk beds) is in a separate building and they are not old enough to be left alone. Only one combined bathroom toilet in the main house (and ditto in the back studio).

Very good

Very clean, spacious and very good for big group or family.

Toilet and bath together. For a big group, somebody cannot go to toilet if another person is in the bath. Power outage on the whole street without prior notice but it's beyond property owner's control.
