Disappointing

CCTV camera films those staying.

Location was good if you aren't bothered by road noise.

We were observed by CCTV camera on the terrace 24/7 so we couldn't use it. It is against booking rules to have this kind of undeclared surveillance. When raised with the owner, he lied and said it wasn't in use but it constantly lit up and filmed us when we were in that garden area. Owner's response was that we should just leave if we didn't like it. Aggressive and unhelpful with everywhere else already booked in high season. The sunbeds in the advertising photos had been removed by the owner. Bathroom and shower had not been cleaned in a long time. Marketing photos were obviously taken years ago and the place is now very shabby in comparison.

we had a lovely time but wouldnt chose that place to stay again

was great location - communicated well when we needed assistance

it is a shame that there were a few things that could have been rectified quite easily..,, curtain was hanging off rail, remote control for air con wasnt working, there wasnt any welcome pack explaining how everything worked and the fact that there was different remotes for different things ..,, there was only a small toilet roll left between 2 bathrooms. needs a bit of TLC and it would be great

Location to Praca, golf club and beach was ideal. Villa was very comfortable, kitchen ideal for breakfast, together with outdoor dining space.

Exceptional

Lovely accommodation in a great location, everything is easily accessible and the house is very well catered. The host was excellent with great communication throughout the trip. The beds were comfy and all amenities we needed were there. We will definitely rent again or recommend to friends.
