The back yard and the neighbors!

the property was nice! The service was a mess the ac unit didnt work! Nor did refrigerator ! I called and called nobody helped me with my stay

Great location if your trying to stay main land and we would stay here again.

location. 2 bath 3beds and 4 queen beds

A/c flow not that good. Got hot during the day. so it took just a little longer to cool down at night. we also thought we had access to washer and dryer but we didnt.

The AC unit was completely broken and ruined our days there, the hist didn't answer me at all until we had to call them from a different phone number, once that call ended they didn't answer that number and we had to call from a different one. Very rude and not pleasant at all. If I could get a refund back I would.

House is really nice, service not as expected

The house is really nice, fully renovated and spacious. Location is great, near Design District and wynwood.

The day before our arrival they sent me a message with a different address from the one here in booking. (I thought that was the place where we had to check in). We went to that new address and for our surprise the guy in the front desk told us he had my reservation but there was someone already in the apartment. After being there for half an hour they said it was a mistake and we had to go to the original address. When we got to the street, they didnt tell us how the house looked so we stayed around 20 minutos looking for it. When we got in it was obvious no one had cleaned up the property: dirty towels and sheets, garbage can was full. We were 8 people and just 4 towels. No toilet paper but one roll that was already begun. No soap for the dishes as well.
