Disappointing

Disappointed we booked a twin room and got a double. As we were family it was a bit awkward

Wasnt made aware there was a cooked breakfast available to us so we didnt have very much. Bit disappointed as we ran out of time then realised but still not made aware on entering the restaurant

Service at breakfast My complaint being followed up I still have not heard anything

Very good

I enjoyed my break at Bedruthen even during the storms! Very comfortable stay.

The receptionist Hermione was very welcoming. The breakfasts were excellent - so much choice and tasty. The housekeeping staff were very friendly as well.

I couldn't see very well from my large window - not sure if it was blown or needed cleaning. We were experiencing storms! Everything else was good - thanks!

A very relaxing stay

Lovely inside the hotel and spa facilities were very nice, Absolutely superb food in the restaurant, really delicious and very attentive service in a super setting. The room was very nice and clean.

The staff in the bar weren't very good - On first visit, I had to clear a table for my wife and I to sit down outside, which I don't mind doing at all if staff are busy. But three members of staff stood behind the bar not doing anything doesn't count as busy The service in the bar was poor in general I thought.
