    Booking.com doesn't work as advertised
    You booked me into a sold out property. I had to stay somewhere else. You should refund my money. O was tired eith a headache. You ruined my night. Zero stars. Next say work was impossible due to lack of sleep & stress.

    Loved the kitchen in the studio. The location was pretty good.
    The mattress was uncomfortable, and the fan to the air/ heater kept popping on all night. It rattled and was very loud. Tried to shut it off but couldn't. The sink was backed up in the bathroom. Needed a new shower curtain also. But we made do. After all its beautiful Sedona.

    Worked for our needs.
    The hotel was in a good location, and the price was good, especially compared to other hotels in the area.
    This hotel labels itself as a resort and charges a "resort" fee. That fee covers what I consider general hotel amenities: pool, outdoor seating, and laundry. The rooms were good, but also dated. I would say this location served our needs, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend.

    It was comfortable.
    The bed was Comfortable and I like that it had a full kitchen.
    I didn't like that it only had one tv in the middle of the room. My daughter slept on the sofa bed and my mom and I slept on the king bed, and it was hard for us to see the TV
