    Highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends thats how good this hotel is.
    Hotel was less than 10 mins walk to Nimman shopping area. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Especially their trainee, I didnt get his name. Rooms were clean.
    Breakfast buffet was average in the food selections.

    Excellent hotel and nice pool.
    Having complained about the first room we were given, due to the awful noise from the main road, our second room was absolutely perfect! The staff were so accommodating and professional.
    As above, initially the noise from the main road , also we had a bit of a walk to the town centre on poor pavements.

    in the morning, i could hear people dragging their luggages since the floor outside is rough . this woke me up several times. Also the floor in our room looks a bit old and dirty as well.

    Lovely hotel. The room was very nice plenty of space and a good size bathroom with nice towels. The onsite Thai restaurant was excellent, we had some lovely cocktails and all the food was delicious. Breakfast was also nice, had a good choice of things It is not in the old part of the city, but it is very easy and cheap to get a Songthaew or tuk tuk
    The bed was a bit hard for me. You could hear the taps from other rooms
