    Love this island!
    Location location location! Literally one of the best spots on the beach. The breakfast was lovely too. They dont advertise that they make omelets, so dont forget to ask. They only had beer for alcoholic beverages, no liquor license apparently. Not really a problem since the surrounding hotels had their liquor licenses. They will also arrange your boat transfer to the other islands/airports. Lovely staff. However, what you read about the bathroom smell is unfortunately true. Not sure if their pipes and structure are just old but, whew! it smelled. We had the bathroom door shut at all times and continually ran the bathroom fan which helped a bit. With that being said, the room is super clean with nice furniture and comfy beds.

    Arrived for 5 days and we didn't have hot water for showering for the whole time we were there. When the problem was reported to the staff, they it was funny. Nothing was done about it.

    NICE STAY OVERALL
    GOOD PROPERTY, SWEET STAFF ESPECIALLY THE TWO RECEPTION LADIES . GOOD LOCATION AS EASY ACCESS TO WALKING STREET.
    COMFORTABLE BED with WATER HEATER SHOWER. NO ISSUE AT ALL.

    Koh Lip is an island where everything is imported and must be taken into account. in this respect I find the service correct the staff is at the top very kind always smiling very good location not far from the walking street and good location to admire the sunset
    Its a shame to have such a beautiful place and not have any environmental awareness. I see trash on the beach that has no place there. Something should really be done to preserve this place. It is difficult to find a place to deposit this waste linked to consumption. we should put a tax on visitors to the island to finance a project to raise awareness among tourists but also locals

    Was on the beach. Towels for the beach.
    Breakfast was really poor (compared with the other hotels we have been in Thailand) bedroom need an upgrade (not very well cleaned and a lot of things broken), the hotel was empty..strange. In the last night we woke up during the night with some animals noise on the ceiling (we really think it was rats). Staff doesnt speak English so it is difficult to communicate. And there is nobody at the hotel during the night. So strangers can easily enter. We just sent them a message through booking about the rats during night and nobody answered. Next morning we didnt talked with nobody about it due the English. Conclusion: for us - the worst at Koh Lipe was the hotel. The island is brilliant. For the same amount of money we stayed in much better hotels at Phi Phi, Koh Tao..unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.
