Disappointing

I am not going to stay there again

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean.

TV remote was not present (but staff arranged for it after complained about it. No hot water came in morning and then even cold water stopped. Staff fixed it later but it was late for some of as we had to start early. The towel provided was not good.
