    Location good many place market and restaurant view from rooms is nice.. staff all good and kind.. thanks to FO staff anjeli she so kind friendly helpful for my check in time..
    breakfast not many choice and no top up timing breakfast 700-1030 i come down for breakfast 850 some of food no top up especially bread and fruits.. room1410 so dusty table beside bed... for room 1651 same dusty smelly kettle dirty seat sofa have many peanuts room smell like beer drop on carpet. others ok good only rooms cleaning and breakfast need to improve

    Hotel is quite rundown. At the very least have variety for breakfast menu. Have egg counter.
    Location was ok. Nearby eating places.
    Not many choices of menu for breakfast. Bath tub has stains. So is the bathroom curtains.

    Front staff having good hospitality. Waiter for saturdaynight buffet also very good
    -Hi.tea Salt and pepper cafe waiter cannot understand English or Malay, we ordered latte and sandwiches took more than 20minutes served not hot latte and messy cup. -Breakfast for 2 days Saturday and Sunday repeated porridge and noodle soup. -Room - requested to clean the room room at 8.30am but came on 4.30pm to clean the room which we already tired after went out and need to rest. No face tissue and face towel.

    Like the free breakfast with soft/half boil eggs which usually you dont get it for hotel breakfast buffet and helpful staffs. Night time were quiet although there's bar/pub below.
    The place is old, quite outdated compared to it's nearby hotels. It's a huge hotel for it size but hardly see any guests around. During my check in at around 4pm, was told that there are no towels, and will be deliver at a later time, had been a frequent travellers and this is the first time experiencing it. Breakfast time feels it's really shortage of staffs as the food keep running low or empty, tables were not cleared and were sitting there for at least 20mins resulting many guests had no choice but to either sit with the used unclean table or shift the used plates & cutleries to somewhere else themselves.
