    Price cost ratio is amazing and the room was well equipped.
    Probably the cheapest nice quality hotel you can find that's relatively close to the main popular areas in Porto. For the price, you can't get better. The gym is not worth going to nor the sauna but overall a nice experience. Also, don't get breakfast. You can get a much better cheaper meal going to local coffee shops next to Boavista Stadium.
    For the price, nothing to complain. I would definitely visit this again. Would be nice to have usb c ports instead of normal USB A on the rooms to charge.

    The breakfast times and options were flexible - I welcomed that. Staff was very courteous and the hotel is very clean. The bed was very comfortable.
    The rooms miss hooks in the bathroom for towels and a mirror outside the bathroom. The shower se up, as most hotels, does not keep the water from creating pools of water on the ground and I had to mop the floor with the towels after each shower. I could not open the window in the bathroom and there is no airing system for it.

    Nice hotel out of the city, if this is what you require.
    Room was spotlessly clean, with a very large double bed and all standard amenities provided. We used the steam room (you will need to ask at reception to do this) which was very nice.
    The hotel was far from the city centre although there is a bus close by. I felt that the price was a little on the high side for the location far from the city centre (unless you want to see Boavista play as the football ground is next door) and for the amenities provided.

    Rude staff and very average for the extortionate price.
    Not a lot really.
    The staff were really rude upon arrival. Kept receiving notification that my card was invalid when it wasnt. My colleagues reservation actually got cancelled and no one notified him. Atleast I got a call but he had to pay a higher rate at a nearby hotel after midnight the night we were supposed to check in. The staff were rude and showed no compassion or held any responsibility. Breakfast was average nothing special. The leather on the headboard was all peeling and looked cheap.

    Good breakfast for the cost of 12 Lovely comfy bed and the hot tub was a great addition after a long day walking. Room was very clean. The only thing I would say that you have to get into a bath to take a shower which may cause some people difficulty
    The reception took payment for the room without telling us. They only asked for the card I had booked with then gave a receipt. We actually wanted to pay with another card due to exchange costs. We asked if they could refund the card so we could repay with the correct card and was told NO
