    I'd stay there again
    Room was clean. I was on the top floor and it was very quiet. Heating controls worked and it was nice to be able to open a window. Comfortable single room. Hotel location great if you're there for the horse sales which I was. Nice restaurants in walking distance and hotel car park is a decent size.
    Breakfast is a little expensive as your only option seems to be to pay for the full cooked version (with menu options) so if you just want coffee and a croissant it's cheaper to go to the nearby Starbucks.

    Closeness to high st
    Over 200 for 1 night. The room and bathroom are extremely dated, freezing when we entered the room, shower was very very poor, corridors are so cold as they are just singles glazed. For what you have to pay and what you get is not value for money! Should have been more like 60 for the night.

    Fair, for a couple of nights.
    Location quite central and near the high street. Room was small but clean and cosy with a TV, desk, and wardrobe. Wifi worked well.
    The mattress was a bit too soft. The shower water pressure was really low, so had to use the bath instead. Room was not very soundproof.

    I know we had an economy room this time but the bed was so uncomfortable and small! I know you should expect that from an economy room but never mind
