Very good

The location is quite good. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly.

The free water, coffee and tea were provided only the first day. After that they did not provide all these free staff.

Superb

Nice hotel, very clean.

Elevator was very small and not so many people fit. In the twin-room; the beds are very close that seems like its almost combined into a single bed. It may be uncomfortable depending on who you are traveling with.

Very good

Great staff, very friendly! Excellent location next to Lima metro station, very pleasant area with restaurants and shopping. The rooms are nice, convenient and clean. Will definately stay here again.

The beds are really hard, not very comfortable.

The location was excellent. The room was clean and cozy

1. The hotel lift setup made check-in challenging with luggage; assistance or a luggage trolley would be beneficial. Kudos to the kind and helpful lady at reception and the cooperative cleaners. 2. Lack of a smart TV was noted.

Very good

Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff and a fantastic location.

The location, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed. Its only a 5-10 min walk from the train station and only a 25 min walk to the centre, which sounds long but theres lots to see on the way.

The noise from the traffic during the night - its on a main road to the hospital too and our room was at the front. It wouldnt stop me from staying there again but Id maybe request a room at the back.
