    there is a gas station in front of the hotel, it smells like fuel when you leave the hotel, when you open the window..the room needs repair, the beds are very uncomfortable, I woke up all the time with a sore back. If it is other people in bed, you feel everything. We slept very poorly. breakfast is simple, only 4 hot options. the hotel is overrated

    Staff was cooperative other than that this hotel doesn't deserve to be 4 star hotel.
    The hotel is far from the center its not even in Verona. Busses doesn't go there after 8pm so you have to go by foot which is extremely far. Rooms were so small that you cannot even move freely. Same goes for the toilet. You can not even sit normally on the toilet seat. Overall I had very bad experience and it costed me 75 euro for 1 night. Booking.com should check before recommending such bad hotels with such price!!!
