    Overall the whole stay was great. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean environment, housekeeping clean
    Room vas very spacious.
    The light over the sink flickered constantly. The elevator door rattled when opening and closing.

    No television Channels would not change.
    There was no TV service. A rep came down 3 times to correct problem, but to no avail.

    The hotel itself is kind of sketchy and dark. Elevator sounds like its going to break really soon. Am used to better appearance of Best Western Hotels.

    This was one of the worst hotels Ive ever stayed at. The man working the front desk last night made me wait outside and talked to me through the locked door instead of just opening it and letting me check in. He was extremely rude when I got inside finally. Wouldnt speak directly to me or look at me, obviously irritated and just so horrible to me for no reason. This is my second time returning on a work trip, and I will never stay at a best western again. The room was disgusting. At least the maid was nice. Maybe she should work the front desk.
    The front desk man working 10/10/23 around 11 pm. Ive never been treated so poorly by another human being, for no reason. It was scary falling asleep in that scratchy bed because I knew he was out there. I didnt want to come out of my room because he was such a jerk. I cant believe I paid for this.

    Except for the smoke smell it was a nice room especially for the cost
    Exterior and interior of property very neat and clean. Room well appointed.
    Room stank of cigarette smoke! Should have immediately asked for room change but tired from driving
