Pleasant

Convenient location.

Location for the town centre perfect. Plus parking. Staff very friendly. Told them of a few small issues with the room. Said they would look into them.

Our Bed was very small. 6ft long. Im 62 Abit tired and musty smell .

Excellent location, standard room but very spacious and comfortable

Stayed for New Years Eve of which we have for the past few years but on return to hotel would have liked a nightcap drink with friends (which we have done in the past) but this year no staff member was seen at all

Great location, nice staff, very friendly.

Breakfast was great. Location was great.

Bed was awful, very lumpy mattress, chaise lounge was as hard as nails and filthy and very stained. Paintwork needs touching up all over hotel . Decor very dated. Bathroom had mould close to taps.

Reasonable priced hotel in the centre of Beverley.

Where the hotel was situated, in the centre of Beverley was ideal. Parking was provided which was absolutely perfect. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good.

This was our 2nd stay in the hotel and we were disappointed with the noise from the main road which unfortunately disturbed our sleep. Whilst we understood that it was a hotel situated on the main street, we would definitely request a room at the back of the hotel, away from the noise of the traffic. We had to go out and buy some ear plugs so we could get a decent sleep. The bath room needed some attention to the cleaning of the floor as there was quite a bit of dust but otherwise the cleaner does a fabulous job. Our room was serviced whilst we were there, even though we didn't expect it to be, so that was a nice surprise. We would definitely go back but only if our room was situated in a part of the building away from the noise of the traffic.

Overall, a good hotel, shame about the Wifi. But would stay again as the location and staff were perfect.

Would not recommend this hotel

Breakfast was good ,location good ,bedrooms need updating the standed room bedding had not been changed ,not many staff on duty ,the bar was shut when we came back from a meal at 9.00 pm also front door locked had to walk round the back through the dark car park to get in , all in all not a pleasant stay .

This hotel is good for walking access into Beverley . There is plenty of character in the hotel . Everything is clean and well cared for . The breakfast is excellent .All the staff are friendly
