Don't trust the rating

The location is good, 5 mins walk to the team station. Bed is comfortable and the room I got is cozy.

Don't trust the rating here as this hotel rate themselves a good rating (10 out of 10). I need to ask the booking.com to cancel their review and let me comment. The price is not value for a 4 star hotel. It's a bit overprice. Everthing is so old especially the lobby is quite dark. The street view is not that very nice.

Very good

We enjoyed the Best Western Casablanca.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is good, quite central to all the main attractions by taxi. Good restaurants close by.

The AC didn't work. Asked for repair but it never happened. Luckily it was nice weather so we could open the windows. The hot water was only warm.

Convenient location to stay but overpriced.

1. Convenient location 2. 24/7 reception service and helped us with midnight checkin 3. Behaviour of the staffs are very good

1. Overpriced according to the room quality 2. If you are booking for multiple days stay, keep in mind you will get complementary items only for the first time. As a result we had to buy water bottles for the second day of our stay. 3. Quality of breakfast can be improved.
