    Super location and super nice receptionists all the time.
    there could have been body lotion, the big showerhead did not work. Water could be free or there could be possibility to fill water bottle for free (like drinkable water fountain or something like this).

    Good location, very clean room and helpful staff. Comfortable bed.
    The room was too hot with no way of controlling the temperature except by opening the window. 2c at night. The claimed soundproofing didn't seem very effective either, as I could hear an, admittedly loud, conversation in the next room. I thought the rate was expensive for a small room.

    The hotel is tastefully and stylishly arranged. Very friendly staff. Quiet rooms close to the city center. Attention to sustainability. Great price considering the quality of the accommodation and the location.
    Sauna is only available on request and for an additional fee.

    The hotel, the location, the complimentary cakes and juices at the hotel entrance every afternoon, the hospitality of all staff members were exceptional!!!
    The online booking system (with foreign bank account) was complicated. My initial booking was cancelled and for the second time it was unnecessary complicated. The employee on the phone though was quite polite and helpful (something we experienced with all the staff during our stay ).

    The hotel doesn't have a luggage carrier.

    On reception Emanuela and Giovanna were excellent, very very helpful, night security also. Walking distance to all places of interest.
    Cannot think of one thing we did not like. Room serviced everyday.
