Bad communication had to go all the way home with my disabled wife because they had no roll in shower for her top off the day it was my cousins funeral not ever using booking again maybe u should update your rooms more training for your employees or new owners

Room and facility was clean, enough parking spaces, in a safe neighborhood, easy access.
Some of the staff members would not even make eye contact or greet me in the morning. However, the young lady who checked me in and out was very nice. :)

Breakfast was better than most at other hotels. Our third-floor suite had a nice little view of the ocean. There was a parking that seemed adequate.

Best Best Western Ever
Directions were great. Staff was warm and helpful. Room was so amazing. #1 Best Western I have ever stayed at. Breakfast was awesome. Plenty of yummy food, clean, and well organized.
Couldn't find the ice machine.

My stay was great and I look forward to my next stay.
Breakfast and breakfast area was excellent. Staying 4 nights I was able to enjoy a different style of entre each morning.
Having a washer and dryer facility was a great help.
Though I understand the reasoning for not having a microwave in the room, staying 4nights, one would have made my stay more convenient. I did learn later that by request one would have been brought to my room. I look forward to my next stay and if staying more that two nights will request a micro wave.
