    Disappointing
dont be fooled! a travelodge would be better value
nothing, its being used by the home office! the images must of been taken years ago in its prime! complete joke, no spa, pool or gym available!
everything! wont be staying there again to a point I had to ask for someone three times to come to the bar! massively under staffed!

    Good
Suites are brilliant for working away from home for a couple of days; would definitely stay again
Clean and comfortable rooms, great staff and good food.
They were undergoing renovations so the facilities were rather compromised; I knew this at time of booking so this is an observation, not a criticsm

Cold room and closed spa/swimming pool
Close to where I needed to be on business. Checking in was pleasant and the staff were friendly.
No heating, pool was closed and the bathroom was dirty with hairs.

    Very good
    Convenient, welcoming & comfortable.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The Suite was clean & comfortable. We had to leave for 8am Saturday morning, but breakfast isnt served before 8am at the weekends, so we didnt get to eat, which made the 130 a costly overnight stay, maybe there could be something organised for those patrons that require an early start at weekends. We did eat an evening meal here which was absolutely delicious. The location was convenient for where we needed to be, but if you want to see Liverpool, its probably not the spot.
    There wasnt anything to dislike.

    Poor
    Never to return
    Staff were efficient and friendly.
When I booked a wasn't told that the spa and pool were closed due to that half of the hotel was closed as it had been commissioned by the home office to house people that are draining our economy (illegal immigration) and unable to use the facilities I thought I had booked for. As I pulled up every night after work I was starred at by those in that half of the hotel through their windows making me feel very unsafe and the feeling that my van was vulnerable. Breakfast charges at a standard fee of 10 every morning and when I asked for scrambled egg and salmon on toast I got 1 slice of toast, 2 small slices of salmon and a spoonful of scrambled egg. Bathroom ceiling tiles covered in damp and stains, shower head loose and coming off the wall

    Very poor
worst hotel so far on all my time on the road for my job.
    nothing
The price of the run down hotel was shocking with no spa facilities and kept up through out the night with refugees cooking in the rooms setting fir alarms off.

We booked in to stay at the knowsley suites hotel and spa for the 26/11/22 -27/11/22 We were disappointed that the facility's were not in use yet we still were charges full price. We were directed around the back of the hotel to the spa entrance as we were told there was a home office contract to house migrants with the hotel, (we were not told about this situation). The restaurant that we were offered after asking where it was, was obviously a temporary space for a restaurant and had no atmosphere and no guests, again not what we expected. The room we had been allocated was tired and dated with black mold marks and growth across the ceiling. We had booked the room in conjunction with a spa day but we were told that checkout was 11am but our spa didn't start until 2pm, this would have left a 3 hour gap of waiting around as there is nothing else in the area. All of the above for 180 for a one night stay left us feeling very let down which led to us leaving the hotel and not staying .

it was a suitable base for what we needed but the hotel really needs to evaluate the effectiveness and standard of house
we thought we would give this hotel a third chance due to it being convenient. however once again it was filthy and substandard.
cigarette butts in window frame also poor level of hygiene.
