    Convenient for purpose of trip
    Plenty of parking spaces. Pet friendly accomodation with grassed area for walking dogs
    Bath/Shower in room , shower did not switch over. Bedroom too hot during the night. Decor on tired side. Under the impression I was booking a garden room to give easy access for dog to grounds when it was in main hotel first floor.

    Enjoyed the stay so much, absolutely excellent staff!
    The staff were really friendly and helpful which made our stay so much more enjoyable! We didn't get to eat at the hotel as they did not serve food on Christmas Eve (which was on a Sunday so this may have been the reason for no restaurant). The breakfast on Christmas morning however was great. We had booked two rooms, both were a great size, had very large beds, were clean and well equipped. The hotel was warm and comfortable. Brilliant to have a swimming pool which had long opening times.
    The beds were huge but one of them was lumpy. Both had very clean bedding and covers although the bedding felt 'crispy' and crunched when you moved.

    Overall it was a good stay.
    The property was very clean, the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool was good although on the first day it was a good temperature but the second day we went in it it was freezing cold and so I couldnt take baby in for very long.
    The shower head could do with updating, the property looks old and tired. the bed could have been more comfortable, it was very hard and had many springs.

    Great budget hotel, if you can get a cheap deal its worth it for the pool.
    The pool was great, kids loved it.
    It was so so hot even without the radiator on and window open. Couldnt sleep because it was so hot. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
