    Beautiful Venetian Apartment in quiet area yet only 3 mins walk to Vaparetto and easy access to all areas of Venice. Apartment was beautiful but on 3 floors so just be aware.
    Thankful for air conditioning but noisy as also didn't quite go as low as one would wish

    If cleanliness and modernity important for your stay - you should keep looking further.
    self-catering, dishes available in the house, but this is it really.
    The place is an old italian house with old and authentic furniture, but it did not bother us. It was clean at the surface, but enough if cleanliness is important for you. The upper floor with bedroom gets really hot in summer, although it has AC, but it cools very weakly. The host was kind and accomodating at a distance. He did everything to make our stay more pleasant after some issues reported.

    The apartment is located not far away from the Vaparetto station and 2 stations away from S.Marco - San Zaccaria. It generally has all the basic staff one would need. The host was friendly and flexible, but only available over the phone.
    The apartment is old, e.g. the doors are noisy, the furniture is very old. The pillows and beds themselves were not comfortable. The kitchen had a lot of porcelain, and very used/ scratched frying pans - not sure those can still be used for cooking.

    Nice place to stay in real Venice for a bigger family
    Location in Venice. Air-conditioner in every room. Clear instructions in written. Easy remote communication with the host. City tax payment via PayPal, not only cash. We were allowed to enter the apartment early in the morning, without waiting for the formal check-in time. Enough rooms and beds for our big family. Door code instead of keys. Well renovated.
    There is no dishwashing machine. As we often had meals in the apartment, it took a bit of time to wash all dishes afterwards manually. Two sleeping rooms and the bathroom are on the 2nd floor, while the living room and the kitchen are on the 3rd floor. We walked the stairs a lot because of that. It was fine with us, but may be harder for someone else.
