Very good

We only stayed for one night before getting on our plane home. The room was comfortable.

Check in fairly quick and easy. Rooms clean. Staff friendly

The shower had no pressure at all. only short one night stay

Poor

Not so happy. It is claimed a 5 star property but cant rate it more than 3 star.

The garden area and the adjoining beach were nice. The location is also good.

The rooms are not maintained well. The door lock was deffective (room# 1322). The intercom was not working. The breakfast area is too small and gets over crowded with people bumping into each other. The breakfast spread needs to be improved. Also people needs to wait for long to get the empty pots refilled. The worst was I have travelled across the world but have never seen that water bottles (chargeable) are not supplied after 10:30 pm. This is basic. We were refused of drinking water, so we had to go out again middle of the night to fetch water bottles from outside. This is lowest point if service that you can expect.
