We had a blocked sink in our first room ,paid for an upgrade and that sink had a waste that was faulty as we'll !

Value for money, good facilities, friendly helpful staff.

It was very good value. We didnt book breakfast as we werent sure if we would have time but we were able to pay on the day. The room was a good size, the super king size bed was very comfortable. There was tea and coffee, a walk in shower and a dressing table with mirror and a full length mirror. The only downside was when we arrived there was a large party of around 20 people waiting to check in so we did have to queue for about 10 minutes as there was only one staff member on the reception desk. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and looks quite grand.
