Not a great one for family with young kids. If you are planning to go out then its a nice hotel. Staff are nice especia

You have to ask for towels, toilet paper etc once run out.. they never supplied bit extra. I didnt like the taste of breakfast and the quality of the food. Spa and massage setup needs improvement

Friendly staff, but wouldnt recommend

The staff were friendly

I had really high hopes for this hotel but on settling in to my room at 1am Christmas Day it was a massive let down. The pillows looked very old and stained. The linen was basically see through it was that old. Towels had obvious stains. On pulling back the sheets there were tiny bugs in the bed and stains on the bottom sheet also. I slept on top of the bed and made a reservation at a new hotel the very next day. On top of that, the noise you could hear from the room was insane. The roosters were making noise from 3am and they let people splash around in the pool before 8am. Buffet breakfast very average and sliding balcony door didnt seem safe and secure. Just a series of very unfortunate events to be honest, especially being non refundable and having to spend another $1000 on accommodation.

Exceptional

It was amazing, staff went above what they were expected and so extremely friendly

The staff quickly became family! Every morning, we were greeted with big smiles and with our names. The one morning we didnt go to breakfast because I was sick, they came and found out why, then went above and beyond to make sure I got better and had food to eat and kept hydrated.

Overpriced and in need of serious maintenance!

The inky thing I liked about the hotel is the staff. They are very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel needs a big make over. The rooms have a strong mold smell which would trigger asthma. We had a horrible last night there when the kids on top of our room made a lot of noise, especially when running, and this is at 3 am. I had to call the receptionist to intervene. It is obvious that the building is not sound proof. The swimming area needs an update, as I did not feel safe walking on those boards. You can literally see screws sticking out. As for breakfast where the hotel claims to include in the deal, does not provide variety. We ended up having breakfast elsewhere daily.

Pity about the overnight noise

Pool was lovely, staff were amazing

Room fridge took days to cool down. Were given double beds after requesting singles. Breakfast was average. Some of the pool decking needs repair. Next door roosters are annoying at all hours
