Exceptional

Overall, this was a welcoming place with an exceptional staff of people. Would stay again.

The staff were wonderful. Very friendly & helpful. Specifically, Danielle was exceptional and Jo was really great. But everyone was kind and welcoming.

The pillows, not comfortable. A little too much noise from the hallways. Would like more effort towards recycling in room.

Location is awesome. Walking distance to streetcar location, restaurants, bars, & Bourbon Street. Very nice balcony patio area for guests. Helpful Staff.

Very dark and depressing room. No opening windows. Very stale smell throughout the property.

Guests should be made aware ahead of time that they will be expected to go to a timeshare presentation BEFORE they get there. And treated well after they decline to go to presentation.
