Lovely time in Melbourne.

House had everything we needed. Owners helpful and friendly. Good size for what we needed. Short walk to tram and restaurants.

Lounge was a little overused ( seat cushions uncomfortable due to being out of shape and dirty in places. I didnt know at Kilda well . Location parking was awkward and as a traveling family with children would have liked two single beds in one of the rooms . Location might suit group of adults more.

Home away from home in a top location.

A lovely cottage with a homely, welcoming feel. Comfy beds, great tv options, good shower, tram stop only 3 mins away, 10 minutes walk to the esplanade and Acland st, no cell fitted out.

As a family of three we prepared and ate meals in the house, a dishwasher would have been a bonus but not essential.

Boutique Beach House was the perfect anchor for our weekend in St Kilda. Close to amenities, easy to access, no stairs, good layout and great communication from our lovely hosts made it a weekend to remember. We will definitely be back!

Great accom for city getaway

Great location for city sites restaurants and clubs. Walking distance to the beach/bars/restaurants etc. As there was 6 of us in our group a house stay made the weekend more social rather than be in separate hotel rooms etc. Great neat /tidy house with cooking facilities if needed.

Nice apartment in a great location.

The owner was very easy to deal with. The location was perfect for our weekend activities, walking distance to Acland Street and the Palais Theatre. Beds were very comfortable. House was well appointed with lovely decor.

Unfortunately, the toilet started to have problems during our stay and the owner couldnt get a plumber out given it was late in the afternoon and on a weekend. He did give us a small refund of the cost to make up for the inconvenience. So that was awesome.
