    Woken up in the morning at 7.30am by the shower noise of the next room

    Lack of services they have a kitchen because there is a restaurant and they are unable to provide a simple sandwich at 4pm, I thought they were in business to make money and yet they charge you 3.50 for a miniature size tube of toothpaste which is clearly a free sample given to them.

    Hotel was clean and the staff very nice
    Everything was good, I just couldn't connect the Bose System with my phone because somehow it never showed on the Bluetooth option. Maybe a manual for people on how to use it can be a good idea. But that's not a bad review, Everything was good.

    Beautiful reception and patio) Big bed and interesting interior!
    A lot of black mold in the shower. There was no bathrobe in the room and manager couldn't solve this problem. We can't recommend breakfast because of small choice.

    I absolutely loved my stay here. I would definitely come back. Room was gorgeous and very clean. Staff were wonderful, they got us taxis and were very attentive. Coffee and drinks were lovely.
    The property is slightly far away. If I stayed again I would definitely rent a car. Otherwise I loved it!

    Friendly staff. The bathroom was spacious. The bed was ok. Free parking. Nice design.
    Dont trust the pictures. We had deluxe room ang the room itself was small and it had no other sitting option than one rusty little antique stool. Most of the furniture has shiny surfaces so you can see the dust. The inner courtyard view is actually a driveway into underground garage and a construction. The driveway into the garage was really noisy so no good night sleep there.

    Had a decent kitchen on site, good bar, nice local business near by within a 5-10 walk. There's a pizza place and bakery and are open to around 11pm usually I believe. The hotel is in a quiet place outside the city in a town which I was looking for, a nice place to walk around and rest. It's very clean, wonderful helpful staff, the kitchen had good food. The rooms are beautiful and the showers a nice. Nothing I can really say bad about this place, the staff speak English well which was helpful since Italian isn't my native language. The staff was also helpful when I had questions about finding parking in Milan so I thank them very much for that. Green is also my favorite color and there is a lot of green in this hotel and it's cool

    Although he hotel is not in downtown Milan, it doesnt take long to get there and the journey isnt expensive either. There is a bus stop at the main road where the hotel is. Bus No.77 bringts you to the train station (simply pay by card in the bus at the machine, its a standard fee of 2.20 in time of writing). Alternative you can walk to the train station (30min). From the train station take the underground that brings you directly to the duomo (again 2.20). Another option is a taxi (depending on traffic and from where you start) for 25ish.
    We stayed in room no.5. There was very bright lights shining in from outside. The lights were on all night and the curtains are too thin to keep the light out properly. You can hear what sounds like water running through the pipes all night. There is no kettle for hot water, only a Nespresso machine. There is no mirror in the room, the only mirror is in the bathroom.
