    Great stay in a good location
    Great view from our window overlooking the river and mountains, always a great way to start the day. Breakfast was unspectacular but definitely tasty and adequate. Service was always with a smile and the automatic door opening at the entrance always made us smile
    Nothing really to add here, maybe some bacon thrown into the breakfast mix but other than that all good

    Lovely place to stay, close to the old town and within walking distance of the train station
    The doonas on the bed were light, puffy and extremely warm. There was a choice of pillows for use. The room was a descent size and had enough seating for both of us. The bathroom was a good size and had adequate shelving for our toiletries. The train station was about a a ten minute walk away.
    We liked everything about this hotel. If pushed, I would say that it was a bit awkward dragging suitcases from the train station to the hotel due to the distance and steps along the way but you could always catch a taxi.

    Stunning Lake View Close to Town Centre.
    - Great location right on the lake with balcony overlooking it. - 5 minute walk into the town centre. - Quiet and clean. -Great breakfast included. - The most comfortable bed and pillow. - Very friendly staff. - Lift at the property.
    -No minibar fridge so had to store child's medication out on the balcony. - Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night - wasn't ideal but wasn't the property's fault. - Rooms are quite small and a little dated.

    Everything. Location is very beautiful, right across the river. We took the room with balcony, it was spacious and the view is amazing. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty and of high quality - and Prosecco for breakfast? Just perfect. Last but not least, the manual key!

    Best hotel of our entire trip. We had a full 2 bedroom sweet, with enough beds for everyone. The mattress was sooo cozy that we wished wed stay for another night.

    Karl Hotel a great experience and worderful stay!
    Room was very nice, spacious, comfortable and spotless, we also had a very nice river view, the room was for 3 people with a proper 3rd bed (no sofa bed), safe box, fridge and nespresso cofee machine! Breakfast was also very good with a great mix and selection of Hot and cold food and drinks. Location was perfect and within walking distance to all the historical parts of the city, train station and bus stops, they also sent a link to download a visitor card which gives you free use of local public transport and discounts! Luzern is Beautiful with lots of history, culture and very well kept city.
