    Really good
    Fantastic staff. Room was ready at noon when I arrived. Decent size room, fresh and clean. Free bottle of water, and coffee with snacks.
    When rooms have to be ready early, they vaccuum early. I had a late concert and was just awake (9.15) when they started.

    Nice room for a good value.
    The studio was equipped with all kitchen necessities. Very modern finishes, comfortable bed and clean room. The location is safe although it's a bit far from central and trendy areas in Berlin.
    There is no elevator in the building and you may have to carry your luggage via stairs. My room was on the third floor and it was not fun. Also, they seem to prefer minimal contact with customers; all communication had to be done through email or chat, which I didn't have to use during my stay, but would very much have preferred talking to a real receptionist for my needs.

    Confortable rooms, quiet environment and treats at reception
    Confortable rooms and quiet environment in a nice little hotel without front desk. Hardly any personnel ever around, apart from friendly cleaning staff, but a lot of comforts and nice treats. Free hot beverages ans snack available anytime.
    Single duvet on a queen size bed, that did not work out too well.

    Everything was clean and comfortable, the online procedures for the check-in and check-out is bery simple and easy to do. I asked for the room to be ready before the check in time and it was ready two hurs in advance! The staff is very kind and available fr everything.

    Looks great and nice vibe but some practical details need addressing
    The cleaners were lovely, check in was easy, location was great, kitchen facilities were good, beds were comfortable. Nice bright rooms with high ceilings, the rooms look great on entry.
    Unfortunately when we used the room we noticed the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet so that wasn't very nice! We had to fix the shower by tightening a screw as it wouldn't stay up when we were showering. There were a number of shelves in the room which were wonky so you couldn't put things on them.

    Very nice, quiet place in a good neighbourhood, near Kurfrstendamm. Many good bakeries around for breakfast. The hotel has a coffee machine and provided some little snacks and fruit. The room was always clean.
    There was only one oddly shaped chair in my room. When I tried to place my backpack on it, it always slipped off. Otherwise everything was good.

    Great location in West part of Berlin, atmospheric neighborhood Quality vs price Room design Everything is just as described and on photos Tasty coffee and tea Thick curtains (I do love to sleep in darkness) Good service Parking
    Tea seemed to be of high quality but I found hot water only from coffee machine. Having the boiled water from kettle would make tea tasting better. Thats not an issue at all, everything was great.

    Authentic Berlin Hotel Apartment
    Great location close to a metro station. Many shops, restaurants in a fairly quiet location. Fantastic Indian restaurant on the way to the metro. We loved our room with a balcony. We did not mind that there was no restaurant in the hotel, because there was a great espresso and tea machine in the lobby. Smaller mashine in the room. Bakery a few meters from the entrance. Seats in front of the hotel. There was no staff available most of the time, but everything was described in a way you did not need anybody. We were lucky and met there a lady who worked there and who was super helpful with our curious questions. She perfectly fit the hotel. Kind and interesting. We just loved everything! Can't wait to return.
