    A very pleasant surprise. Very clean hotel with lots of extras. All staff were very friendly and the restaurant served very good food for both dinner and breakfast.

    Location
    Worst and most inhuman design throughout the hotel. You can look your partner in the eyes from 50%+ of the room through the mirror if one is sitting on the toilet. Aircon pushed in smelly air. The hotel has been remodelled by painting everything black in a sloppy way - you can see paint splatter on windows, elevator etc. Also, the paint has made the corridors and stairways so dark that there is so little light that it is borderline dangerous.

    Wonderful location, interesting hotel concept
    Location on the Cathedral plaza was in the center of everything. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and responsive, especially in resolving a major problem we had at the beginning of our stay.
    The air conditioning did not work when we first checked in, so our first night was miserable. They offered to move us to another room, but it was after midnight so we toughed it out that night. It was working the next day but there was misunderstanding on how their climate control system worked in general. However, things had been made right for us by the end of our stay. The staff worked hard and was excellent at problem solving!

    Lovely small hotel in an amazing location! The roof top bar was stunning. Also breakfast downstairs was excellent. All the staff were very helpful. Enjoyed our stay in Cadiz very much.
    Bathrooms are beautiful but very dark. Could use more lighting.

    Great hotel - friendly and helpful staff
    The whole concept of the hotel was appealing. Refreshing with the somewhat different take on how to design a hotel. I liked the old school record player in the room, the welcome note, the chocolates (probably locally made). We had bad weather while in the city, but we had the chance to see the charming rooftop terrasse with the little pool. I can imagine how great that would have been. Also beds were great and spacy. The staff was just really friendly and helpful, both day and evening. We dined in the hotel's Etta Restaurant - and it was a great experience. Not cheap, but really tasty well prepared food.

    Hotel was fab, very central, great and friendly staff, bedroom with view of the cathedral was spacious and comfortable and decor was cool, breakfast was really good too

    Superbly located boutique experience
    Superbly located hotel with friendly and helpful staff and a genuinely boutique feel. Our room was a decent size and comfortable with some nice touches like a working turntable.
    Whilst the hotel is in a superb location (right opposite the cathedral), that comes at a price of being difficult to access and having no parking available. The nearest car park was about 400m away and getting to and from the hotel with suitcases etc is a bit of a pain. Also, whilst it's no fault of the hotel, the view from our window was of an abandoned building to the rear which was a bit of an eyesore.
